Verhagen has experience representing clients in a range of business law matters, working with entrepreneurs, startups and established businesses, and advising on all aspects of business formation, operations, venture capital financing, and employment matters. He is also knowledgeable about the ever-changing regulations surrounding the cannabis industry.
