On a recent Saturday afternoon, two female employees of a State Street nail salon were separated after a dispute turned physical. Although at the time of the fight neither subject pressed charges, the 43-year-old entered the Santa Barbara Police Department shortly thereafter demanding her 55-year-old opponent pay her medical bill for injuries incurred during the State Street scuffle.
