Price, Postel & Parma has welcomed Jeff Tchakarov to the firm’s litigation practice group. Tchakarov will provide counsel and representation in the wide range of civil litigation matters handled by the firm.

Tchakarov has a broad practice in commercial and business litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency rights.

He also has experience in matters in which he represented institutional creditors’ interests, including defaulted loans, lender liability, bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, real estate disputes, title curative issues, probate litigation and post-judgment enforcement.

Tchakarov has served as a judicial clerk for Judges Peter Carrol, Julie Brand and Sheri Bluebond, all bankruptcy judges in the Central District of California.

Tchakarov earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and business administration from Graceland University, Lamoni, Iowa. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2013.
