Killer Queen, the internationally acclaimed Queen tribute band, is getting ready to rock out March 19 at the Granada Theatre in Santa Barbara.

Since they started in 1993, Killer Queen has honored Queen’s legendary music, capturing the essence of the band’s iconic sound and electrifying performances. Paying homage to the incomparable Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon, Killer Queen recreates Queen’s greatest hits with precision and passion.

“It’s been an amazing journey. That first show changed my life. We thought our band would last maybe a summer at the most but it’s a very addictive thing performing these songs,” said lead singer Patrick Myers. “The concerts grew and grew and we’ve ended up playing and selling out the same arenas that Queen played at their peak.

“It’s been quite a surreal ride. Becoming regular performers at Red Rocks Arena in America is another highlight. The Beatles, U2, Springsteen, Dylan all played on that stage. It’s really got its own kind of magic going on there.”

Audiences can expect a night filled with all the Queen classics, from anthems like “Bohemian Rhapsody” and “We Will Rock You” to crowd-pleasers like “Don’t Stop Me Now” and “Somebody to Love.”
