The city of Lompoc has announced the expansion of private swim lesson offerings at the Lompoc Aquatic Center. Starting Monday, Jan. 13, private swim lessons will be available four days a week, Monday through Thursday, 3-6 p.m.

The expansion aims to provide greater flexibility and opportunities for swimmers of all levels and abilities, including adults, to improve their swimming skills, the city said.

In addition to private swim lessons, the Lompoc Aquatic Center continues to offer a variety of swim programs, including:

Group Swim Lessons


Parent-Child Swim Lessons


Private Swim Lessons (all ages)

Semi-Private Swim Lessons (all ages)


Swim Evaluations

Following is registration information:
 Group swim lesson registrations can be made online, over the phone, or in person at Anderson Recreation Center, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Pre-registration is required for all classes. Most classes require a minimum number of participants. If classes do not reach the minimum number, they may be canceled. 


Private and semi-private swim lessons are available through online registration only.
