The Lompoc Public Library invites community members to participate in an upcoming focus group to help shape this year’s Summer Reading Program.

The group will meet 9:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 7 at the Lompoc Public Library, 501 E. North Ave. Light refreshments will be provided.

Library staff will seek comments from community members of all ages to help guide decisions in preparations for this summer’s program.

Participants are encouraged to share suggestions regarding program activities, prize selections, and reading challenges.

“Community feedback through these groups plays a vital role in ensuring that the Summer Reading Program best serves the interests and needs of the local community,” organizers said.
