The American Scandinavian Foundation of Santa Barbara hosted a lively May Pole Celebration at Manning Park on May 16, bringing community members together for a day of creativity, and dancing around the May Pole.

“Attendees participated in crafting beautiful crown headdresses from flowers provided by board members, bringing smiles to both children and adults alike,” the foundation said.

“The event was complemented by a delightful Scandinavian picnic, generously offered by members and guests,” members said.
