It’s rodeo time, Santa Barbara!
Noozhawk is giving one lucky little buckaroo the chance to compete in the crowd-favorite mutton bustin’ event at this year’s Santa Barbara Rodeo.
The second annual rodeo runs July 31 to Aug. 2 at Earl Warren Showgrounds, 3400 Calle Real in Santa Barbara. It features PRCA rodeo action, 2026 Miss Rodeo California Sujhey Rosas, live music, food, vendors and family fun.
We’ll draw one young rider to represent Noozhawk during the Aug. 2 performance, which begins at 1 p.m.
Think your youngster has what it takes to hang on for the wooly ride of his or her life? Mutton bustin’ contestants must be 5 to 7 years old and weigh 60 pounds or less.
The winner’s parents will need to complete the required rodeo paperwork at the showgrounds, including a waiver and birth certificate. We’ll provide all the details after the drawing.
Enter by 5 p.m. July 25. We’ll announce the winner that evening, so don’t wait!
