The event will take place at the 1 p.m. Sunday, May 31, 2026, performance of the 83rd annual rodeo held at the Elks Unocal Events Center, 4040 Highway 101 in Santa Maria.

Your child must be between 5 and 7 years of age and weigh less than 60 pounds. The parents of our drawing winner will need to schedule an appointment with the Santa Maria Elks Rodeo & Parade to complete a waiver and provide a birth certificate.

Deadline to apply is 5 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2026, with the drawing that evening.
