Dressed as a surgeon, a 19-year-old UCSB student was caught midstream as he urinated into a bush along Del Playa Drive in Isla Vista. After apprehending the man for urinating in public, deputies determined the Halloween partygoer was too intoxicated to care for himself and arrested him for public intoxication.When asked how much he’d consumed, the aspiring doctor replied precisely, “Two beer bongs and around five shots.”
