The Paradise Singers from Santa Barbara City College Adult Education Tuesday Morning Chorus will host its Season Finale Concert, 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, at Unity Church, 227 E. Arrellaga St.
Now in Season 15, this year’s concert is called When We Were Very Young and features songs from childhood — songs remembered, beloved and nostalgic.
The 20-member Paradise Singers will perform for 45 minutes, which includes singing by the full chorus, trios and duos with piano, guitar and drum accompaniment. Chorus members will be dressed as their favorite childhood characters.
Open to all ages, the group will sing such songs as “Puff the Magic Dragon,” “Yellow Submarine,” “Hush Little Baby” and “When I Grow Up.”
