The Santa Barbara Alliance for Community Transformation (SB ACT) will be hosting the Longest Night Memorial for those who passed away while experiencing homelessness.
The interfaith vigil — at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 21, the longest night of the year — is remembered annually as Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day. It is a time when community members remember those who lost their lives while they were unhoused.
Participants should meet in front of the County Courthouse, on Anacapa Street.
