Rosewood Miramar Beach is celebrating the festive season by transforming into a winter wonderland for its guests and the community. The property has announced its full line-up of holiday programming, including decorations, special events, and an array of specialty food and beverage offerings in celebration of the holidays.
This year the celebration marks the return of holiday traditions, and reunions with family and friends after much time spent apart. Throughout December, and featuring everything from a five-course Christmas menu to seasonal spa treatments, the resort’s curated programming offers opportunities to gather over food, drink and fun.

Santa Claus will do a special Santa Drive-By around the Montecito community on Dec. 19, making stops at Coast Village Road, 11 a.m.; Montecito Country Mart, 11:30 a.m.; Butterfly Beach, noon; and the Rosewood’s Miramar Beach Bar, 1:30-3 p.m.).
Other holiday enhancements on offer by Rosewood Miramar Beach to its customers include a Christmas Eve Turn Down amenity of milk and cookies for Santa — and carrots for his reindeer — all delivered to room doors. The property also offers both personal menorahs, and options for monogrammed stockings and personal Christmas trees for those looking to celebrate in their rooms.
Christmas Eve dining options include a nod to Italian-American culture with a Feast of the Seven Fishes prix-fixe dinner menu at Caruso’s, served family-style and featuring locally and sustainability caught seafood. Other food and beverage outposts at the hotel will operate under normal hours, with some festive touches such as holiday cocktails at The Manor Bar and Miramar Beach Bar.

On Christmas Day, Caruso’s will offer guests and locals a brunch consisting of a five-course prix fixe menu of coastal-inspired festive cuisine. The Revere Room will celebrate with a Christmas buffet featuring holiday classics, seasonally inspired dishes, and local fare for breakfast and brunch. Both restaurants will be open for regular dinner service.

Rosewood Miramar Beach will fete New Year’s Eve with a black-tie soirée — a speakeasy-inspired New Year’s Eve celebration in the Chandelier Ballroom. In the spirit of giving back to the community, a portion of all proceeds from the event will benefit a local charity.
Purchase of The Montecito Package includes access for the duration of the event, 8:30 p.m.-1:30 a.m., a champagne toast, hosted bars from 8:30-10:30 p.m., and hors d’oeuvres, photobooth access, late-night bites, and live entertainment with a band, DJ and dancing.
The Late-Night Package event allows access from 10:30 p.m.-1:30 a.m., with a for-purchase bar, complimentary glass of champagne, festive adornments, and late-night snacks.
For those looking to add something extra to the experience, The Founders Package, The Ambassador Package, The Miramar Package and The Jameson Package are also available for purchase.
For up to 16 guests, The Founders Package starts with a private dining experience at Caruso’s consisting of a multi-course prix-fixe menu with curated wine pairings. Following the meal, guests will have access to private lounge seating at the Chandelier Ballroom event with dedicated butler service, premium champagnes and spirits, hand-shucked oysters, and caviar.
Available for up to 12 guests, The Ambassador Package offers the same Chandelier ballroom experience as The Founders Package, without inclusion of the Caruso’s meal.
For eight guests, The Miramar Package provides exclusive booth seating including Dom Pérignon, open bar, canapés, a champagne toast at midnight and late-night bites, while The Jameson Package offers the same inclusions for four guests.
The Montecito Package is $400 per guest and the Late-Night Package is $200 per person offering access to the event from 10:30 p.m.-1:30 a.m.
Only one Founders Package is available at $30,000 for up to 16 guests. There is limited availability for The Ambassador Package for up to 12 guests and priced at $15,000; The Miramar Package, available for $9,000 for up to eight guests; and The Jameson Package priced at $5,000 for four guests.
