San Marcos boys tennis’ doubles pairing of Matthew Chung and Shea Suzuki capped off their strong postseason run at the CIF-SS Individual Championships on Wednesday.
Chung and Suzuki fell just short, dropping their match in the Round of 16 by scores of 6-2, 6-4.
The loss wraps up an impressive season for the senior duo, including a Channel League doubles championship.
Individually, Chung lost just one match in singles during league play and Suzuki went undefeated against Channel League opponents in doubles.
