The Santa Maria Valley Chamber has been named one of just 20 local chambers of commerce statewide to receive the 2026 President’s Circle Award from the California Chamber of Commerce.
The award, presented during the California Business Outlook on June 10, recognizes local chambers that demonstrate outstanding excellence in business advocacy and community engagement.
The President’s Circle Award honors organizations that work deeply alongside the CalChamber advocacy team to ensure a diverse set of local voices is heard inside the state Capitol and the halls of California government.
“By mobilizing local resources and empowering partnerships, the Santa Maria Valley Chamber works consistently to protect the economic vitality and support the business needs of the region,” officials said. “This statewide recognition underscores the impact of collaborative local advocacy.
“Through active participation and community focus, the award-winning chambers were commended by CalChamber for making California a more affordable and better place to live, work, and do business.”
