Sol Seek Yoga, a space for yoga and fitness in Santa Barabara, has new owners, Justin Randolph and Greg Cicchino.

Randolph and Cicchino also own and operate two studios in Manhattan Beach.

Sol Seek’s current owner Santa Barbaran Jill Agonias acquired the studio in 2018 when it existed under a different name.

Upon acquiring Sol Seek, Agonias said she realized it was on the verge of bankruptcy, so she worked for the first two years to fix the business and improve the studio’s reputation.

Her efforts led to substantial growth and a flourishing space, but nearly all progress was wiped out when the pandemic hit.

Faced with two options — close the studio permanently or commit fully — Agonias chose the latter. The studio was renovated and re-branded Sol Seek Yoga in late 2021.

Despite big challenges, Agonias and her team turned the studio into an upbeat haven for those looking to de-stress and focus on wellness.

The new owners will maintain Sol Seek’s core values of lightheartedness and inclusivity, but plan to increase its offerings and expand the Sol Seek brand to Manhattan Beach.

“We’ve been speaking with Jill since early in the pandemic, sharing challenges, and seeing that our values and our vibes really complimented one another,” said the new owners. “So when Jill decided it was time to move on, we saw this to be the perfect opportunity to grow, build, and expand in both communities.

“It is no lie; we have admired you for a long time, and we are truly glad to be here.”
