Pacific Conservatory Theatre (PCPA) will present its 62nd Season, featuring a blend of intimate storytelling, family favorites, new works, classics, and a touch of holiday magic.

“Measure for Measure” by William Shakespeare

In a new take on Shakespeare’s sharpest social drama, “Measure for Measure,” is a fast-paced, twisty tale of secrets, power plays, and one woman’s fight to save her brother.
When the Duke leaves town and his strict deputy takes over, a wave of harsh morality sweeps through Vienna, until a young nun challenges everything.
“Measure for Measure” delves into justice, hypocrisy, and what happens when the rules apply to everyone, except the ones in charge.

“El Ermitaño, Pastorela” by Miguel Sabido

“El Ermitaño” (The Hermit) is a 60-minute play in Spanish, brimming with music, humor, and time-honored tradition. “El Ermitaño” charmingly delivers all the essential elements of a Pastorela: the angel, the devil, the eternal battle between good and evil, and the human condition that connects us all. A wonderful Mexican traditional Christmas play by Miguel Sabido and presented in partnership with Tierra Blanca Arts Center.
