Lompoc Parks and Recreation Accepting Applications for Volunteen Program
Volunteer opportunity available for ages 13-15 this summer.
Lompoc Parks and Recreation offers teens the opportunity to become involved in their community while receiving work experience and leadership training throughout the summer.
The Volunteen Program is available for middle and high school students ages 13-15, and will provide participants with hands-on training this summer.
The training will enable teens to acquire new skills, learn responsibility, and it provides them with volunteer hours that may help a teen acquire scholarships and/or employment in the future.
