The new owner of a State Street clothing boutique is accusing the previous owner of stealing more than $10,000 of store products and décor. The victim claims she returned to work in early October to find numerous valuable items missing, including four mannequins and a chandelier.Using a key never returned when the partnership ended in July, in the report filed last month as a civil problem, the victim accuses the suspect of foul play.Also listed as stolen in the looting are four stools, two vases, a painting, miscellaneous jewelry and cases.
