PCI Concerts presents An Evening with Paula Cole, with Morley and Chris Bruce, 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 24.

Cole has released music for three decades, from her debut “Harbinger” in her androgynous combat boots and sensitive songs, to the hits of “This Fire” and “I Don’t Want to Wait,” to the neo-soul “Amen.”

She has released seven solo albums of original songs, and won the Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 1998.

Her 11th studio album “Lo” features 11 personal songs written entirely by Cole. As the first woman to ever be nominated for the Best Producer Grammy in her own right, Cole returns to the helm of recording as sole producer.

Morley Bruce weaves the threads of jazz, soul and folk traditions into a tapestry of vocals and acoustics. She is joined by her husband Chris Bruce, a multi-instrumentalist, producer, writer, recording, and touring musician. Visit https://www.lobero.org/events/paula-cole/.
