Coast Village is welcoming the enchantment of the holiday season with the 2023 Shop, Sip, and Stroll event, 3-6 p.m. Dec. 7, when Coast Village Road shops will be visited by Santa Claus, who will make a grand entrance in the Miramar Jolly.
Shop, Sip, and Stroll is presented by the Coast Village Association and the Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort. Local shops will feature their holiday collections as well as special promotions.
Santa Claus will help light the tree while serenaded by the Santa Barbara Symphony Youth ensemble, and caroling by the Santa Barbara High School Madrigals.
“We are thrilled to announce that Santa will be joining us in the Miramar Jolly for this year’s Shop, Sip, and Stroll,” said Beth Sullivan at the Coast Village Association. “It’s an exciting moment for families and individuals of all ages to experience the joy and wonder of the season.”
During the event there will be appearances by Nutcracker characters, a hot chocolate stand, an a chance to take photos with Santa.
This year the event is collecting Toys for Tots to ensure those less fortunate will have a toy this holiday, so attendees are urged to bring a new toy for the drive.
