Maker House clay studio invites the community to an open house and sale benefiting its scholarship fund and increasing awareness of the Grace Fisher Foundation, State of Mind Café, and the Inclusive Arts Clubhouse.

The event will be 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7 at Maker House 1351 Holiday Hill, Goleta.

Attendees can shop at a seconds sale offering hundreds of ceramic works starting at $1; learn pottery painting ($15, drop-ins welcome); participate in a throw down ($25, registration required, 75 minutes on a wheel); and visit information booths for local nonprofits.
