Lobero LIVE, Panda Man, and KTYD will present Go To Hale: Quips & Clips – Music At The Crossroads, 6:52 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14. The is a benefit for the Lobero Theatre’s 150th Ovation Celebration.

Music is a constantly evolving art form, so how did blues, country, folk, soul, Reggae, classical, jazz, electronic, and rock styles converge? Quips & Clips offers a musical journey from the 1960s to the present.

Archival film footage, curated from the respective libraries of Hale Milgrim (former president/CEO of Capitol Records), and music lover Richard Salzberg (a.k.a Music Maniac) will be shown.

Milgrim will share stories about the record business, artists, and his relationships during his tenures at Capitol, Elektra/Asylum/Nonesuch, and Warner Brothers/Reprise.
