Written by Britain’s master comic playwright Ayckbourn, “A Small Family Business” is set in the late ’80s and focuses on Jack McCracken, who has just been given the chance to head up the family’s furniture business and is determined to bring in a new age of honesty and integrity.
McCracken quickly learns this ideal may not be welcomed by the rest of the family, and he finds himself enmeshed in a web of criminality, illicit affairs, and deception.
