The Towbes Group will again treat the community to Spooktacular, a celebration of the scary season featuring fun, fright and festivities, 3-6 p.m. Oct. 31 at Calle Real Center, 5660 Calle Real, Goleta.

Highlighting the Halloween event is the Destination Trick-or-Treating Map, guiding little trick-or-treaters to local businesses, such as Masala Spice, Trader Joe’s, Cold Stone, The Pet House, and Backyard Bowls.

Other activities include face painting; dancing to tunes provided by DJ Mike; a themed photo booth; and an inflatable fun zone filled with bouncy houses.

Attendees are encouraged to dress to impress as there will be a costume contest offering a chance to win a grand prize worth $350.
