Two young women living on Edgewater Way in Santa Barbara awoke on Halloween morning to find a package of baking powder spread across their front porch. Upon making the discovery, they also realized a majority of their landscaping had been “ripped off.”The victims told officers the vandals “chopped down” some of their plants.
