Last in the 2022 lineup for Hospice of Santa Barbara’s (HSB) free illuminate Speaker Series will be Jack Kornfield and Trudy Goodman presenting What Would Love Have Me Do Today? at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17. Registration is required.

Kornfield is the co-founder and senior teacher at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in northern California. Goodman is the founder and guiding teacher of InsightLA in Los Angeles.

The two speakers will offer and explore the resources of grounding; the gifts of common humanity; the power of mindful loving awarenes; the opening of vast and tender perspectives; and the great heart of compassion that is found within.

People who are reeling emotionally, socially and economically from the global pandemic crisis have shared a variety of feelings they are experiencing including fear, deep sadness, anxiety, grief, anger and uncertainty over the present and what the future holds.
